We deliver an automated content generation service powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”). You acknowledge that this service relies on probabilistic algorithms and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF MACHINE LEARNING UTILIZED THEREIN, CERTAIN OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE LICENSED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE UNIQUE ACROSS AUTHORIZED USERS AND THE LICENSED PRODUCTS MAY GENERATE THE SAME OR SIMILAR OUTPUTS FOR OTHER USERS. CLIENT MUST EVALUATE THE ACCURACY OF ANY OUTPUTS AS APPROPRIATE FOR CLIENT’S USE CASE, INCLUDING BY USING PROFESSIONAL AND HUMAN REVIEW OF THE OUTPUTS. CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT CERTAIN OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE LICENSED PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN “HALLUCINATIONS” AND MAY BE INACCURATE, OBJECTIONABLE, INAPPROPRIATE, OR OTHERWISE UNSUITED TO CLIENT’S PURPOSE, AND CLIENT AGREES THAT SUCH OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT CLIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY ALLEGES TO INCUR AS A RESULT OF OR RELATING TO ANY SUCH OUTPUTS.
User Input must not be defamatory of any person or/and be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory and/or infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
